Letters of Credit received by Melli Bank Plc (Advising) are usually handled on behalf of our overseas correspondents (LC Issuing Bank) where our overseas correspondent would typically be an Iranian Counterparty including but not limited to our Parent Bank (BMI) and the Applicant an Iranian Company.
